Dayvu puts AI employees to work in one-owner businesses, set up around what you already do by hand: paperwork typed in, sheets rebuilt, the chasing done.
Nothing leaves your business until you have read it. Your rules decide what it drafts alone and what waits for you. 78% of small business owners say they do not trust AI with basic tasks without close oversight (Bluevine, April 2026).
RUN BY US, NOT BY YOU · THE FIRST JOB RUNNING IN ABOUT A WEEK · MONTH TO MONTH · FLAT, WITH THE THINKING INCLUDED · EVERY JOB LOGGED IN YOUR PORTAL
Read 26 invoices, receipts and delivery notes into the cost sheet.
Pulled last week's numbers out of the supplier portal: three branches, one tab.
Dish soap is up 18% on last month's cost sheet. Worth a look before the next order.
The insurance policy in the filing pile renews in six weeks. Flagged with the date.
AN ILLUSTRATION OF THE SHAPE OF A WEEK, NOT A CLIENT'S LOG.
Over 1,000 apps are reachable through the connection layer behind your office. The ones a job needs are picked on the call. Below is what we reach most often.
We build for the owner with a small crew, too small for an office manager. The admin lands on the person quoting jobs and serving customers. Paperwork arrives faster than anyone can clear it, and follow-ups go late.
Dayvu clears it. We learn your business, then run the office around the jobs you hand over.
One job, running on its own. Delivery invoices read into your cost sheet weekly, with a line on what moved in price. Or every open quote, chased in your words until it books or says no. Then hand over the next.
Invoices, receipts, delivery notes, order forms, scanned PDFs, handwritten lists: clean rows in your existing sheet. Totals checked, odd items flagged.
Cost sheets, job logs, rosters, stock counts: kept current on a schedule, with formulas and charts.
Prices, stock, competitors, tenders, leads, reviews, published hours: checked on your schedule, and you hear about a change when it shows up.
Numbers from your POS, supplier portal, spreadsheet or inbox, using exports your systems already produce, kept in one monthly shape.
The monthly pack: what came in, what it cost, what changed, as a PDF, spreadsheet or short email on the same day each month.
Contracts, specifications, policies, supplier terms, recordings: short answers, with dates and obligations pulled out.
One call, in plain words: what you do by hand now, where the numbers live, which systems you log into, what a good result looks like, what we must not touch. This is the only part that needs your time.
Inside 48 hours: the jobs, connections, rules, escalations and install date. You approve the plan before anything is installed.
The agent is configured around your jobs and connected to your systems. Rules and escalations are written down, then each job is corrected before live work.
Over a call and a screenshare, $999 once, or half a day in the room inside 30 miles of the Twin Cities. Hosted instead, $499 once on our servers, over one call. The first job runs on your paperwork, and the restart test proves it returns by itself. The first weeks are watched closely.
Once a month we read how it performed, take your feedback and improve the jobs and rules.
Most installs happen within a week of the call, once the files and logins are in hand.
The office comes with a portal: one page in the browser you already use. It holds the thread with your agent, every file it produced and every decision it needs, on your phone and the office computer.
A link sent to your own address, so there is no password to invent or forget. Changed phones? Ask for another.
The thread is where the work happens: ask what it did with last week's delivery notes, or tell it to hold the quote follow-ups until Friday. It answers from your own register, and a job you sent shows up as it happens.
The sheets, the reports, the monthly pack and the documents it read sit beside the thread, not in an inbox. It runs both ways: send in a photographed receipt or a handwritten list and the office takes it.
When a step needs your say-so, a card appears in the thread with one button per answer. Every decision is recorded, and closing the tab waits for you.
The portal comes with the office. There from the first week, covered by the monthly.
Every job in the office has an owner. The desks are software we build and run.
The whole office is listed at Meet the team: what each desk owns, and the six rules they all work to.
Ten hours of admin a week is about $1,220 a month at the Twin Cities average for a bookkeeping clerk ($28.24 an hour, Minnesota OES, Seven County Mpls-St Paul, first quarter 2026). The installed office is $699 a month. Give back six of those ten hours and it has paid for itself.
Build it yourself, rent hosting, or have Dayvu run the office. The cards above are the last option.
The first column is the path we took. We maintain the framework behind the office, so the fee stays flat.
Two minutes now, and your one-page summary is on screen when you send it: the three chores eating the most time, what they cost you now, what we would take off first. If it is not a fit, we will say so.

No. The agent takes repeat work inside rules you set. Everything outside those rules comes to you, and nothing goes to a customer without your say-so.
The six jobs above, all of them running today. Where you already run a booking system, POS or CRM, we look at what it hands over (an export, a login, a report) and connect it. Reviews are drafted in your voice and sent to you first. It is an operator for one job, not a chatbot.
No. You describe the work in plain words and we do the configuring. What you touch is one web page and your own email. If you can send an email and order something online, you have everything this asks. Prefer not to open the portal? The weekly summary still arrives by email.
A chat window answers when you ask and forgets you when you close it. This runs on a schedule whether or not you asked, inside your own files, sheets and logins rather than in a text box, and it keeps a written record of how your business runs. Nothing carrying your name goes out until you have read it.
Anything outside its rules comes to you rather than being guessed at, and every correction goes back into the rules. Nothing leaves your business until you have read it. Where the office itself is at fault, we fix our part and tell you in writing what happened and what we changed. The credit and any direct-cost cap sit in the client agreement you sign before the first payment, and you have it in hand before anything is charged.
Two things, and you only touch one. The office itself is installed for you: on a computer at your business, or on our own servers on the hosted plan. We look after it from there. What you use is the portal, a web page rather than an app, opening in the browser on your phone or the office computer. You sign in with a link emailed to your address, no password. Both screens show the same thread, so a decision can be answered from either.
The program on your machine is the part you could keep. What the monthly pays for is the thinking it does, the rules that decide what waits for you, and the support behind it, plus the updates and the maintenance you never touch. If you stop, the machine still works and your files stay on it, and it stops having someone to think for it.
You cancel and it stops at the end of the month. No minimum term, no notice period, nothing to sit out. The setup is charged once, up front, on both cards, and it is the only thing you pay before the monthly starts. Everything the office produced was already yours. If it is not earning its keep, you should not be paying for it.
Your documents, your customers' details and your numbers stay yours, and are never sold. On the installed plan they sit on the machine at your business; on the hosted plan, on our own servers, backed up daily and reachable only by the two of us. What a job has to read to produce an answer goes to the model provider to be worked on. That is how any AI assistant works, and the sheet you sign at setup says exactly what leaves. Anything you have given us is deleted on request. Your portal is served over HTTPS and carries no ad scripts and no tracking pixels.
